[Qgis-user] ManageR and Rpy2 in windows 7

 Hi everybody

I am a new user of Qgis. I have installed and loaded the plugin manageR and
when I try to run it I get the message that Rpy2 can not be found, which I
did install. Anybody has had the same problem?
My computer is running on windows7 I do not know it that can be an issue.
