[Qgis-user] QGIS1.5.0 With GRASS - Windows Installer with all dependencies included

Hi Juergen and Ela,

Juergen, PostGIS Manager plugin needs psycopg2. It is also missing in
QGIS 1.5 standalone OSGeo4W as well.
