[Qgis-user] Fwd: Discrepancy between value tool, spectral profile and Point sampling tool for large data sets (2)

Would be very helpful if point sampling tool (and the others?) would report where they are getting the data from rather than just giving a column of numbers.  So for example they would give the lat long or other coordinate value then the value 228 etc.  when I've done tests with datasets containing  a few thousand numbers the output sequence is the same as the input sequence (as it should be) but without the coordinates its just a matter of hoping?
