Hi Tim,

I'm trying to figure out how to add my suggestions. According to the
wiki, "If you want to contribute to the wiki, please create an account
and use a wiki name in the form FirstnameLastname. Before you are
allowed to edit content, you have to confirm your account by visiting
a link that was sent to your email address. " I looked around the
wiki, but couldn't figure out how to create an account.

Thanks!
Bob (aka cgs_bob)
