[Qgis-user] CAD functions plugin

Does this work on a lon/lat (epsg:4326) projection?  I can't make it
work on that projection.
Process:
1. Right-click the polygan layer to edit.
2. Select the orthogonal tool.
3. Trace a new polygon (it doesn't seem to orthoganalize)

Or maybe I'm doing it wrong altogether.
