[Qgis-user] Upload Plugin error

Hi 
I get an error when I try to upload a plugin to the user-contributed
repository [1]:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /admin/contributed.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
