I use Shark. The others are specialized and focus on specific areas of

Just launch Shark and click its Start button when you're ready to 
collect data. By default, it collects data for 30 seconds but this can 
be changed under Config > Edit. You can enter a large number and then 
click Stop after Start if you want an arbitrary time window.
