Hi

No plugin ..
Depending on the version of qgis you have - and of course the GPS you
want to connect - you only have to use GPS-Tracking ..
(Should be somewhere in View -> GPS Tracking or something like that)

Then you have to connect your GPS and .. viola .. there it is ..
