[Qgis-user] Release of QGIS 1.5 ?

I think the official release of QGIS 1.5 was withheld pending a solution to the performance issue reported here Subject: Re: [Qgis-user] Serious bug returns to Qgis revision 13878. It is being reported that this issue was resolved today in revision 13899.
