Paolo, very sorry!

The plugin only create the colour table (.txt) files. You have to import it using:
 + layer properties (double-click the raster name in the legend)
   - in the Symbology tab, select 'Colormap' from the 'color map' list
   - then in the Colormap tab, click the 'Load colormap from file' button and navigate to one of the .txt files and open it.
   - finally click 'Apply' to test the results or 'Ok' to accept them.

Right now, I do not know how to import the colour table straight into the raster. Any help welcome here!

BTW, the table you've provided shows that the NaN or equivalent are not taken into account correctly. Busy fixing it.

Looking at all the errors you've reported. You are a great tester!!
