[Qgis-user] bug? Save As of a DGN layer with only polygons saves as lines

Hello, all.

I'm facing this unexpected behavior from QGIS.

I load a DGN file. I query the file to get only element type 6 (TYPE='6'), which is polygon.
I can symbolize the layer as polygons.
When I do "Save as", choose shapefile as output format, everything goes ok.
I then load the shapefile, and to my surprise it composed of lines.

Can anyone confirm this?

To workaround I created a new shapefile, edited, and did copy/paste from the dgn to the new shapefile. Everything went smoothly and saved as polygons.
