[Qgis-user] Problems with save as projection

Hi there,
I wanted to report a bug :

This file is falsly listed as EPSG:2466, but is it really EPSG:2641
http://filebin.ca/hbvcyo/dragash.tgz

I cannot save it as 2641 in qgis and then convert it to EPSG:4326.

There is no way i found to process this file in qgis,

I had to use ogr2ogr to force it to reproject to lat long , I could
not get it to work in qgis.

ogr2ogr -s_srs EPSG:2641 -t_srs EPSG:4326 test3.shp
dragash\pulkovo/dragahs_pulkovo.shp

Please advise,
