I can only suggest a small list of known bugs/problems to be resolved in
time for 1.5, otherwise it will be considered a regression.


*) (after the GRASS raster provider has changed) raster properties for
GRASS rasters are not working/make no more sense. It works just the
transparency slider and a few other things. This panel need to be
changed.

*) raster icons in legend do not show anymore

it make basically qgis useless under windows if a user has vectors in a
crs that is not included in the qgis default list.
