Really, what are nowadays the capabilities of QGIS to edit vector information
in Oracle database? 1.5.0 User Guide talks mostly just about rasters in
Oracle databases, and about vector only in chapter 7.5 (The GRASS vector
data model) and Appendix A.1. Is the Spatial Extension always needed?
