This was happening when I was using PG as database. With DBF it doesn't happen anymore in GRASS, only in QGIS.
Below is the last 3 entries of the HIST file of the vector, the first one is the editing with grass,  the second with qgis, the third after I changed the grassdata dir name. The problem continues...
