[Qgis-user] QGIS on Macbook?

Hi,
I've been running qgis (1.5 at the moment) on ubuntu and windows for a
few years. It's time I upgraded my laptop to a netbook sized thing. If
I can't get QGIS to run on it then I'll go with another device. Is
anyone able to report on their experience using macs in general and
the airbook in particular with QGIS? It won't be the main device for
heavy gis work but it's nice to be able to do something useful with
it. An option is dual booting linux but I'd prefer not to.

I briefly looked at the ipad with an external keyboard but it just
doesn't have the versatility I need even though it's relatively.

Thanks for any suggestions people may be able to offer.
