[Qgis-user] save project, save edits integration

Hi,

I often remind QGIS newbies to frequently save their edits by clicking
the "Toggle Editing" button during digitizing sessions.  Some are
confused between the "Save project" button, they think digitizing
edits are saved when you save the project.

Suggestion: make the difference between the two functions explicit.
For example:
1.  When a user clicked the "Save Project" a message box appears
saying "xyz vector layers under edit mode, would you like to save
changes to this layer?"
2.  When a user click the "Close" window button, a message box appears
requesting to save the project.  Integrate the message box suggestion
above.
