[Qgis-user] Polyline within polygon

The shapefile "naselje" is a line, not polygon.
If you can convert it to a polygon, then use the fTools "Vector->Data 
Management->Join by location" and you'll get the attribs from the 
naseleje joined with the ulice table (in a new shapefile) for only those 
roads that intersect the polygon.
