[Qgis-user] Almost complete italian translation of qgis 1.4 manual

Dear italian speaking QGIS users,

there is a new italian translation of the QGIS 1.4 user guide online. The
manual is not complete, because the group will now concentrate on the
translation of the QGIS 1.5 manual.
