It's long gone. You had to have downloaded this before they pulled it
from their website.

Also, there are no plans (at the moment) to support ECW in GDAL >=
1.7, which is bad news if you want to use QGIS >= 1.6. It's simply not
going to happen due to the closed nature of the format, which is sad.
Maybe someone should start a petition for ERDAS to release their API
with looser licensing for FOSS4G.
