So ERDAS is setting the pace for QGIS's evolution ? GDAL/OGR 1.7 brings
usefull fix/features and native support for formats like dxf which many
users would appreciate too.
I've converted all my dpt.'s ecw to tiff with fwtools and I am now
requesting all the new dataset to shipped in tiff, this may not be easy
for some but I prefer converting than limiting myself to gdal 1.6
