[Qgis-user] Custom defined projection

Dear list members,

I need to define a new SRC, it will be CRTM05 (for Costa Rica
What I have is this information (parameters):

+proj=tmerc  + lon_0=-84 + lat_0=0 + k=0.9999 +datum=WGS84

I tried but I cannot het the new projection.
Do I need other information?
