[Qgis-user] autoGCP plugin: what's Python module resources_rc ?

Hi!
I've tried to install autoGCP on Qgis 1.5 (binaries for ubuntu 9.10)
but get the message:
Python module in order to enable it: resources_rc

The problem is that I cannot find such a python module.
