[Qgis-user] Pan/Zoom to co-ordinates

I'm guessing those aren't default plugins but I have found them on the 
repository. Thanks.

There are also two zoom-to-point plugins, which allow you to enter a
scale factor (rather than an actual scale, which you can enter in the
status bar.
