[Qgis-user] SOLVED : QGIS 1.7 Does not load after installation

Thanks for letting us know. It does not surprised me. I ran into all
sorts of issues installing (and running) software ware Kaspersky was the
culprit (including Autodesk, Oracle, pgAdmin3 and others).

If it were for me I would have kicked out Kaspersky already - but it is
not up to me to decide ... unfortunately.

How can one spend money on a piece of software that causes so much trouble?
