python plugins issues & hub.qgis.org, was: Re: [Qgis-user] Bugfix for wktraster 0.5.1

the number of contributed python plugins is increasing quickly and it is
very confusing for both the users and the testers how/where report the
issues/suggestions/requests.

We have a proper platform at hub.qgis.org but most of the plugins
developers missed to create the plugins projects.

If you agree I will (starting from next week) create the proper projects
on hub.qgis.org (in the "user plugins" section) and set the plugin
author as project manager (so among the other things he can start
receive the tickets notifications).

I would suggest to every plugin developer to register in hub.qgis.org
and when the projects are ready to eventually migrate the tickets
already open on other platforms, like google code.

Ideally the redmine projects should be automatically created each time a
developer uploads a new plugin to the contributed repository (or any
other repository available by default in QGIS).

This way we will finally have a common place where the users can go (or
be redirected) when a plugin issue surfaces. This can be stated then in
the documentation, the site, etc.
