[Qgis-user] Value Tool and Reproj. On the Fly for raster layers

Given the current situation, the only option is for someone to have someone to adopt
this plugin, put it in good shape, and move it to master. This implies either a
developer to do it, or some user to sponsor it.
Any taker?
