[Qgis-user] Proportionnal point for polygon

[Bob and Deb]

I was just looking at a some high density point feature.  Even though this
data was classified, the black boundary of these points made it hard to
visualize my data.  It would be neat if there was a toggle button that
allows you to make the border color the same as the border color.
