[Qgis-user] GRASS plugin instability on Windows?

Hi,

I can confirm problems with output messages encoding [0] under
32 bit Windows XP Pro SP3, 32 and 64 bit Windows 7. This happen
on clean and dirty installations and seems not releated to any
specific software.
