[Qgis-user] NASA JPL wms visualization error

I can't seem to get the NASA(JPL) WMS to work under QGIS anymore.
I used to use it just fine before (a couple of months ago). I've tried
the PNG, JPEG and TIFF options, for the BMNG January layer and also
for the global mosaic pseudo layer. QGIS just displays a blank layer
in the map canvas, but the metadata is being displayed correctly.
Am I missing something?

I'm using QGIS 1.6, as available at the ubuntugis-unstable repository.
