[Qgis-user] Problem with version sip module

Hi

after not using qgis for some time and several ypgrades inbetween, I get
the following eror message when starting qgis:

Couldn't load PyQGIS.
Python support will be disabled.

RuntimeError: the sip module implements API v8.0 but the qgis.core
module requires API v7.1
