[Qgis-user] using qgis2googleplugin.dll - I cannot add the dll file to correct directory and have it work?

I went to this website for the plugin that allows better than average KML
file making. http://gis-lab.info/qa/qgis2google-eng.html

I downloaded the plugin to C:\Program Files (x86)\Quantum GIS
Copiapo\apps\qgis\plugins

But it didn't show in the plugin manager when I opened it....

Any suggestions?
