The original idea was to have a possibility to create a map ready for
printing with a not too complicated layout but one that works for all
kinds of paper formats and sizes, e.g. the north arrow should always be
placed somewhere at the right bottom, the actual map should also grow
with the paper sizes and some header and footer section too. 
Using layouts from the print composer should be possible (somehow) but
probably only for one specific paper format.
