[Qgis-user] QGIS, gdalwarp and vrt question

I wonder if someone can help me.
I am using the latest version of both QGIS and gdal.
When I open up an ntf file using "open raster layer with gdal"
I get a really nice vrt that has been warped to fit the gcps contained
in the ntf file.

Can anyone tell me how I can export that vrt to a full resolution
geotiff or tell me how I can see
which gdal commands qgis is invoking to build the vrt and do the warp?
