[Qgis-user] Swipe functionality

I'm not convinced this will do what I want, but am willing to try it. I've
found and downloaded the relevant zip - but how do I install it?
The documentation I find says to use the "Fetch plugins" functionality for
installing, but that requires an internet connection which the QGIS
machine doesn't have. Are there manual install instructions?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Check for Raster Transparency in the plugin repo from GIS-Lab
