[Qgis-user] Program to create SVG legends for QGIS

Hi,
Another  program to produce high quality SVG images (including legends)
is inkscape:
http://inkscape.org/
It is a general-purpose program but I used it successfully several times
to produce complex legend layout for QGIS.
It is open source and multiplateform.
