[Qgis-user] force centroid INSIDE polygon

Relative newbie question alert.

Is there a way in QGIS to create "centroids" for a polygon shapefile where
the points are guaranteed to be inside the polygon?  I've had a look through
the plugins and nothing is jumping out at me.
