[Qgis-user] Qgis problem with library

thanks, I renamed the library and now Qgis works!

At the moment I don't have other application that are not working, in each case I didn't deleted the library, I just renamed.

Thanks again now I can work normally

Go to your windows/system32 directory, look for libeay32.dll and rename it.

WARNING: this can potentially break some other application. If that's
the case you can rename the file back to its original name.
