[Qgis-user] Problem defining a custom crs

I'm not usually a Windows user but I find no problem whatsoever adding
custom CRS on Windows 7 64 bit installations, both standalone and
osgeo4w. I suggest you to remove qgis, remove the .qgis folder, clean
the registry (I usually use CCleaner) and try again.
