[Qgis-user] Modifier Key to activate Mouse Panning/Zooming of Map Canvas

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a Modifier Key to activate Mouse Panning/Zooming
of the Map Canvas while using another tool so as to not need to switch back
and forth between tools.
