[Qgis-user] More problems with 1.7.1

1. After starting up, select Options and crash. Console message:

2. Local plugins not loaded, it seems it does not read the local .ggis directory
3. There is no installation tool for python plugins

Tried to go back to 1.7.0 but it's not on ubuntugis-unstable any more
and ubuntugis-stable has 1.6 !
