[Qgis-user] Georeferencer not loading

Hi,

I'm running QGIS 1.7.4 on windows 7 and can't get the Georeferencer plugin
to load. I've tried reinstalling QGIS but when I select the plugin nothing
happens. 

It did run when I was last using QGIS a month or two back and I can't figure
out what would have changed to prevent it loading especially after a clean
install.

Can anyone suggest a way forward for me?
