[Qgis-user] Problem with Managing Plugins with qgis 1.8

It's something like this:
Unpack (unzip) the plugin failed. Probably the file is corrupted or does
not exist in the repository. Check the write permissions of the folder of
plugins:
/ home / sergio / .qgis / / python / plugins "
