[Qgis-user] I need to geocoding a direct-mail list that I have in Excell

This may be a rather round-about way of doing it, but I am not familiar
with the various database functions available in QGIS. However, I tend to
upload large address lists to geocommons.com, perform my geocode operation
there, then import that file into QGIS accordingly.

My work associates have also used the following, rather simplistic
geocoder: http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/geocoder/

That said, there may be an easier, more internal method of doing the
operation described.
