Hi.
It seems that the Union tool furnished with QGIS Wroclaw and Ftools 0.6.1
does not manage the union attributes correctly.
Tested with one "A" layer with an "ID" attribute with value 125, one "B"
layer with an "ID" attribute with value 200 and the two layers (simple
vector layers with only one feature for each one) overlapping on one part.
You make the union.
After that, you have a resulting layer with 2 fields : ID and ID_2
The attribute table is the following:
ID ID_2
0 125 200 (the overlapping region)
1 125 NULL (the "A only" region)
2 125 NULL (the "B only" region)
Should'nt the feature number 2 attributes be ('2', NULL, '200').
It seems 0.5.10 Ftools version did not contain this problem.
Cheers,
Bert
