Ciao,

now works better (maybe my qgis doesn't set SR at first time) but overlying
is shifted 74 mt.

Two SR are:
DXF (the master plan of my city) > Monte Mario / Italy zone 2 - EPSG:3004 -
ID 969 (in the master plan is only write "Gauss-Boaga")
SHP > WGS 84 / UTM zone 33N - EPSG:32633 - ID 3117
