[Qgis-user] buffer overlaps

Dear Users,

1) I need to count the buffer overlaps using vector.  Can someone tell me
how I can do this in QGIS Pl.

2) Again, I need to overlay (union) multiple vector layers in one shot. Is
there a plug in or a method to do this.  Pls let me know.
