[Qgis-user] Problem installing QGIS dev 1.9 with OSGEO4W

Hi all,

I'm trying to install QGIS dev 1.9 on Windows using the OSGEO4W installer 
but I get an error when the installer tries to download the package : 

"Downloading qgis-dev-1.9.90-69.tar.bz2 from 
http://download.osgeo.org/osg..." -> Download Incomplete -> Installation 
stops

Where is the problem ?
