[Qgis-user] QGIS does not Start

When I start qgis 1.8 a message appears



"the program can't start because qwt5.dll is missing from your computer. 
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I know this question has been answered before, but i can't find that, 
any help will be appreciated
