That depends on what you want to do.
Points do not have any snapping options
Lines and polygon do have snapping options. You can access them in the settings menu and snapping options (opciones de autoensamblado in spanish...). You can set the snapping to your crs measuring units or pixels. I usually set to 15 pixels, but that is me. For lines and polygons you can also set "enable topological editing" . Also for polygons you can set "avoiding intersections of new polygons". For a tutorial that uses the snapping options check
